Antonio works from sun to sun in his workshop and you can go and see how he makes knives by hand. We went without an appointment and no objections. He's a very nice man and treated us very kindly. I was sorry I didn't take a knife of yours, but he's got so much work he's only selling on demand. If you want to buy something you must call it in advance and make an appointment, in this way it will show you how to make a handmade knife making your own (I do not know prices). It was very interesting, Antonio was very kind, clearly explains his craft, transmitted from generation to generation. His father was his teacher and his son continues the family trade.
