Oficina del Peregrino Reviews
Nos habían comentado que actualmente la oficina expide un número limitado de turnos por día y los cuales cuentan con un código QR, el cual se escanea y de esta forma tu espera por recibir la Compostel... more »We had been told that currently the office issues a limited number of shifts per day and which have a QR code, which is scanned and in this way your wait to receive the Compostela, becomes lighter, having the opportunity to return in the time required O. So it happened, we arrived 9:30am and we were given 236 and 37 shifts. After 1h, we already had our Compostela. The excellent organization, the effective and friendly staff, ask you some questions to know about your journey and for statistical purposes, they left me a good taste in the mouth. I advise arriving early, I was able to find out of pilgrims who did not reach a shift for that day and who would follow their path the next day.
el nuevo sistema de números, que puedes comprobar via lector QR es un acierto, yo llegué a la oficina un sábado a las 10:30h y ya tenía el número 486, pero en vez de hacer cola pude irme a conocer San... more »the new number system, which you can check via QR reader is a success, I arrived at the office on a Saturday at 10:30h and already had the number 486, but instead of queuing I could go to know Santiago and as you can see in each momeno by which number they give the credentials give the credentials , be there at the right time. A hit
They were fairly attentive and processed our Camino passports after a few hours after handing them in and heading for some breakfast. I think we were also fast paced through as we did ours as a family of 5 combined and I noticed solo walkers having to stand in a queue.
There was a very nice staff member that was kind and helpful, unfortunately his co-worker was not and ruined the experience.
