  • We read an article from the Repsol Guide in which they proposed as a beach bar the Troita bar and what we found was very different from the compliments to its owners and their food. I understand that the management of the place was no longer at the hands of the Avilés brothers because the current owner is the most lousy hotelier I have ever known Nothing of arepas, Galician pig, tempura of knives or cheese of O cebreiro... there the mythical rations and an interminable wait To begin with do not give you a letter, you have to go asking the prices. We sat down to eat at 2:30 p.m. and were given the salad alone at 3:15 (which was what we had asked to accompany a cachopo after some clams). The first ones I had to pick them up in the kitchen and they weren't even in a fountain but on a plate. The cachopo told us that it was the specialty of the house and we ate it because it was 3:45 the worst of all was the attitude of the waiters who could have explained that he had a problem in the kitchen and served a cold dish so as not to have hungry to the clientele. Not to mention the post-step stepwork of receiving criticism. I don't recommend it at all. I screw up my birthday food, the dirty crockery and very little desire to work

  • Ideal place to taste an I peixinos, Padrón peppers, arepas with yogurt sauce and some cannelloni of crab and monkfish. All of this accompanied by a spectacular sunset. I will repeat

  • It is the second nearest beach from Santiago de Compostela after the beach of Testal, relatively small but with a warmer than usual water due to the sea being very shallow - adults can traverse to the opposite shore, during low tides, simply by walking - and thus easily heated by summer's sun. A favorite place for families with children coming from the near towns, it is not a beach for looking for adult companions. Nearby, Boa Grande Beach sports two bars - open in Summer only - and others can be reached, either in Testal or in Hornanda beach by walking along the sea shore or on the causeways in the wood some ten meters behind the sand beaches line. In all, recommendable.
  • From my favorite beaches when I go alone to read for a while, it is small and if you continue walking you find small coves between rocks where to be completely alone... now yes, be careful that if the tide rises in addition to disappearing the beach it is possible that you can not leave it more than swimming... could place a wooden ramp or some mechanism to avoid this.
