  • All over the island is very advertised this water park but in fact it is a tourist trap! We were recommended by a local tour guide who told us that with the Entry Payment we would have many services at our disposal, FALSE. We paid in two .64 We moved from las Palmas up to Mas Palomas for this park which is not worth even half the money spent. We reached the park by "free" bus. Right after we came in, we already noticed the rip-off. A woman convinced us to take the picture with a parrot that if we wanted to buy we would pay 12 euros at the exit. 1 plastic sunbed costs as much as .4 The slides accessible to everyone will be maximum 6-7 The other slides can only be accessed with a pass costing .12 per PERSON If you want to take a picture with seal (20 min in the water) the cost is a whopping 45 euros If you want another photos the cost is .12. The food is quite expensive. Overcrowded pools. At our request for a claim we were given a sheet to fill out writing the reasons and we had to argue at length with the guy on the bus to get compensation that was not even given to us in full. After being treated like thieves (despite going out after up to 3 quarters of an hour we saw the scam) The guy on the bus told us that we would have to find a solution to return to las palmas because he would not escorted us. We were forced to call a taxi as this tourist trap is in the middle of nothing more absolute. I recommend from the heart to anyone who is proposed this immense CAGAT not to go there ! Actually a scam. If in 2 for a service that did not include NULLA we spent .64 euros I dare not imagine how much mail cost this crap to a family. Really regrettable. Shame! I don't add any more Ps. I would gladly attach a picture of the receipts but were removed insistently at the exit

  • Nicely laid out and slides for every age. Lots of climbing. And on warm days better to wear water shoes as the trails get warm.
