  • Mirador de la Memoria is an impressive monument located in the valley of the Jerte. The four statues are a beautiful monument that pays tribute to the victims of the civil war and the dictatorship. The sculptures were made by artist Francisco Cedenilla Carrasco. At this place it is ideal to see the valley and enjoy the view. We were here in early June and throughout the region, the cherry trees in bloom on the road to the statues are also driving along these trees and the cherries tasted delicious. If you're in the area you should definitely go and watch it's worth it.
