Had a wonderful time with my family here, during our visit to Barcelona. First thing to mention, we felt it was great value for money; our children (4 & 5 years old) were both free and my wife and I both had a 1 euro discount voucher, meaning we all entered for 7.50 euros! We were not sure how long we would need to look around the science museum and had planned other visits that day. We decided to change our plans and spend more time at the museum as our children were really enjoying discovering and learning. Practical stuff, there are lots of toilets throughout the museum plus a restaurant and some lovely outside spaces, where we sat and had some food. Also if like us, your Spanish reading skills are a little rusty, each exhibition has an English translation alongside it. The exhibition's on offer were varied and interesting, both for our children and us grown-ups as well! They were a great learning and talking opportunity for us and our inquisitive children. Lots of interactive exhibition on offer, that will thrill and amaze children old and young. There were several activities on offer that required extra money to do, but we decided against these on our visit as we were on a budget. But they did look and sounds interesting. I feel this is a very worth while place to visit as part of a trip to Barcelona and is a great way to spend a morning or afternoon.

We loved it, especially our children. Lots of hands on stations which is fabulous for learning. The flooded forest is sooo interesting. This is very low cost entertainment and great as an educational experience. Too much emphasis on evolution though which I personally don't accept. We found free car parking on the streets around the museum so I can't say anything about the car park. Would recommend it.
