Without being excessively large it has several altarpieces and a certain mixture of interesting building types. Recommended
Solo se conserva la torre campanario del siglo XII.El resto de la monumental iglesia de San Miguel es de estilo gótico,con una sola nave y a ambos la dos , las capillas. El retablo es renacentista y h... more »Only the Tower Bell Tower from the 12th century is preserved. The rest of the monumental Church of San Miguel is in Gothic style, with a single nave and both the two chapels. The altarpiece is Renaissance, and there is a magnificent tomb of Alabaster that holds the remains of Garcia Hernandez Carrascon, illustrious son De la Villa, building, for the most part is from the 16th century. On the third floor are the mullioned windows, beautiful very worked capitals.
In my opinion, the most beautiful church in the village.
Although it preserves the Romanesque battlement tower of the 12TH century, the church is a single nave Gothic. The Presbytery is also the funerary chapel of Garcia Hernandez Carrascón, whose sepulchre in polychrome alabaster is on the left side. The altarpiece of the main altar, Plateresque of the SIXTEENTH century, outstanding work of the Spanish Renaissance, was financed by the Doctor Carrascón and painted by Pedro de Contribution, a mannerist painter inclined towards the detail and the expresividadEsta Church, distinguished between those of the Villa, was Located north-east of Mercadal Square.
