  • A village made up of Jeju houses. A large area but can be a tad boring after a while as it all looked the same. There are scheduled performances in the village but in the Korean language. Come here...  more »
  • A visit to a old village with ancient type huts made of wood, brick and natural material. The local host would offer for sale local products and horse bone. I would skip this location, but had no...  more »

  • I suppose if you are in Jeju Island, then this village, I'm assuming, you will visit. Rain was sort of a spoiler, but we were helped out by the people for sheltering under umbrella. Prior to walking in for seeing and learning about the living of people back then in Jeju. Included in our visit was sitting through a demonstration and talk about horses bones and the products made out of them. Nope. I didn't buy.
  • This place is a lot bigger than expected. Entrance is a bit more expensive than other places but i think it's worth it for the interactive parts and great photo-ops. I went alone and enjoyed my self, but it seems like a great place for a family trip. You can definitely spend some hours here and then go (or go before) to the beach that is near. There is a lot of parking, but i got there by bus, from the other side of the island, just fine. Besides the included shows, there is a few inexpensive activities and shops inside. I bought some cute wood art from the wood carver in one of the exhibitions.
