  • This is a welcoming small market place in the garden route near Crags at N2.There are number of shops and you definitely need to give a glance on them. The market has the flag ship shop of Mungo mills...  more »
  • Right on the N2, this market is located with a bakery, playground and small shops in pretty buildings. Everything is very nicely laid out, the breakfast at the bakery Roost was very tasty. But the market itself is nothing special. The most extraordinary is a potter and a carpet weaver. Otherwise, however, there are many of the craftsmanship that is also available on other African markets. However, we were shocked by some prices. A few clay figures we were interested in, we bought a little later in Knysna for half the prize. Good thing we hadn't struck at Old Nick Village yet.

  • This is the place to come for breakfast. The eggs Benedict is the best iv ever had. They have great coffee and parking is also ample but it does get busy in season. The only negative was the wait. It was not full but the food did take longer than expected. But this was made up for by the quality of the food and the friendly staff.
  • Great place to get out, take in a bit of history do a bit of gift shopping, take a bit to eat, have an amble through a well stocked garden centre. Some fantastic weaving machine producing some high quality goods. Very impressive indeed
