I visited Loof on 24th December at 8pm with a reservation made 3 weeks in advance. A staff told us that we could switch seats if there were any vacancies. Thus we switched seats but was told off by... more »

Amazing food and impeccable service from Fauzal. He managed to get us a table in midst of an event and able to recommend delicious snacks. Thank you for making my birthday a memorable one. Appreciate your professionalism service as always.

The venue is nice, especially for afterworks. They did improve the service a lot within the last 2 years. Good food too. However, overall, the menu is overpriced - wine bottles are ridiculously expensive compared to their quality and retail price and 17++ for a sandwich without any side is absurd. I wouldn't go outside of happy hour and during weekends (it was super quiet on a Saturday night)
