Explore the 242 hectares (600 acres) of untouched greenery at La Marquesa Forest Park, a reserve set up to protect the forest's biodiverse plant and animal life. Located just a 15-20 minute drive from the city, the location of the forest makes it ideal for those traveling with small children. Young visitors will like the small, train-like trolley that carts them around the forest, and they can burn off a little energy at the onsite playground. Take the zipline tours for panoramic views over the whole forest if you're feeling adventurous. Put La Marquesa Forest Park into our Guaynabo trip itinerary planner and find out what's close by, where to stay, and where to head next.

Great place but its currently closed and they dont know when they will reopen the park Edit: Still closed with no opening date set (March 17)
Thr Park is still closed as of 11/2018. The forest has recovered well bit I guess the new major is not interested in opening it. Same as Yulín that doesn't want to open the Natatorium in San Juan. I think it is the new politicians' mechanism to force people forget the good work of previous politicians.
