The largely pedestrian Rua Santa Catarina features shopping venues, such as Zara and H&M, numerous cafes, and attractive squares and churches. Snap photos of this hilly cobblestone street lined with traditional buildings and modern boutiques, or blend into the atmosphere of lively shoppers, coffee drinkers, and street performers. Take the opportunity to visit the mall at the central part of the street, which has restaurants built in the style of typical Portuguese houses. The famous historical Cafe Majestic is located here as well. Note that most shops are closed on Sundays.
