  • First, the positive aspects. Interesting for people who are interested in the cities history in detail and for that, a really nice place. Second, the staff at the entrance only spoke Polish and didn't even understand the words 'where...buy...tickets'. At the tourist info they told us that the tickets can be purchased at the other side of the building...ok. Finally entering the building we saw that you could also buy tickets downstairs, where we wanted to go first. Most of the information and videos were in Polish language. An audio guide would be helpful or a guide in general. All in all, we cannot recommend this museum. You get to know more of the cities history with a guided tour through the old town.
  • if you are over 15 years old Do not go. Good try but this is for small kids. Plus that it is the first "museum"after one month in Europe that I had to leave my really tiny bag at the cloakroom. I am entering every day museums and I was never asked to leave it before.
