    I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're already in Silay and has nothing to do. We were not guided and the place is forgettable among our trips in Iloilo and Bacolod.  more »

    Before it was restored and converted into a museum, it was known as a haunted house to us teenagers. The Gaston family was the among the first to restore a heritage house in the area. I believe this was the first museum in Negros Occidental. They started the idea that restoration and not demolition was the way to go. I haven't been inside in a long time but I remember admiring the work they have done to bring this dilapidated building back to life. Kudos to them.
