An extremely huge mall with lots of shops and soon to open more. This place has been a tourist spot and offering services such as a free baggage counter for luggage storage of those coming from or going to the airport. Located just beside the bay/sea, Condominiums nearby are rising in number. This is a really good place to shop and dine out with. An ice skating rink is also available.

It used to be a nice and really clean place to go. Whenever I go here, I just do the things I need to do and then go home. I no longer stay around like I used to. Renovation is not yet finished so there are areas that have little space to walk through. It's full of mall-goers in the late afternoon until the evening. So if you do not like the crowd so much, visit the mall at opening or near closing hour. For those with toddlers, it's not easy going around with a stroller as there is no elevator in the mail mall. You will always have to wait out at the elevator areas. Or use the one near the department store. Also, some changing tables are installed in the PWD restrooms. It would be difficult to change diapers in the ladies' restroom because there's no space.
