The way Google Maps takes you has a lot of dirt rocky road. The correct road is right across the street from the end of the construction of the new Dauin market on the National Hwy. The road is all concrete from there. Some of the spring pools are dangerously hot be careful with kids that they don't fall in.
This is a great place to go if you like places off the beaten track. Directions: Coming from Dumaguete look for the sign on the right side of the road (see picture), on the left, opposite the turning) you will see the sign for the People Dive resort. Coming from Dumaguete you will only see the sign to the People Dive resort. Head up that road. It is unpaved for part of the way but no problem for a small car. After approximately 9kms climbing you will see a road to the right and a small house /cafe. Park at the end of that road. Then it is about 1 miles down steps into the Gorge below. The smell of Sulphur will guide you! Follow the trail until you come to the pools, which means you will have to cross the stream of hot water so be prepared to get your feet wet. Then find the pool that is not too hot, or the pool in the river and enjoy. We loved it! It can get crowded with locals at the weekends.
