it's free. cozy u can have a manicure/pedicure under the shade. you can take awesome pictures if you just know the right angle. just be careful with belongings be mindful always.

This park is one of the best parks I've ever visited in Bacolod, even in the Philippines. It is greatly maintained and public works keep cleaning it. It is a crowded place and is a great place to hang out with friends. There are several chess players here that might be gambling though. During fiestas and significant events in the city, at nights there are small stalls that are established here like food stalls, souvenir shops, etc. It holds other concerts too. A place fit to be called a park.
