  • It is an old district with a lot of history, unmissable to try its typical dishes, but above all ancient from the black culture of our country, with dances full of joy and color. One can stroll in the Plaza y Armas and find a whole gastronomic fair simple but with flavors at home, especially maintaining the preparation traditions of grandmothers and great-grandmothers, such as dry soup, peanut candy, quince crushing , the neat face of chancho and many other typical dishes, and without missing out to try the cachina and the artisanwines of the area. People are very friendly and full of pride in their roots. Chincha is not an expensive budget place.
