  • Two weeks after my return, my head is still in the mountains of Nepal and my heart filled with gratitude. This trip was such an enriching experience, thanks to our benevolent guide Alex who was able to introduce us gently to Buddhist philosophy and meditation and also thanks to Nathalie our super passionate and dedicated yogi who guided us in our daily practice of yoga. This trip was interspersed with unforgettable encounters during our visits to the monasteries. I can also forget the kindness and smiles, of our Nepalese guide always present for us and of the sherpas who accompanied us on our treks. If you fancy a trip off the beaten track, which take you to different peaks, those inside you, Hymalayan Hermitage is for you, and you won't be disappointed.

  • We were charmed by the generosity of Alex who accompanied us for two weeks. He had enlisted the services of Nathalie Royer de Magog for the yoga part. The mix between initiation to Buddhist meditation (morning) and yoga (morning and evening) was super harmonious and complementary. Hikes ranging from 3 to 7 hours dotted our stay. Our super Yogi Nathalie has been able to remedy our aches and pains by adapting her sessions to each one' function. An angel! For his part, Alex is goodness on two legs, attentive and flexible according to the needs and limitations of each. We all have our challenges, don't we? The passage among the three largest Buddhist monasteries in Asia will have a definite impact on you, whether you are a Buddhist or not. For an unforgettable stay, organize an open-minded group, flexible and in good shape and promised, you will come back grown up from this experience!
