The hair stylist and colourist is a very competent guy and his non intrusive manner plus kind way makes him a respectable and delightful professional. I have been here twice and both times he did a very good job with colour and haircut. The same cannot be said about the rude and incompetent girl in charge of the waxing plus mani/pedi. A heated argument ensued after she did a horrible job of removing the excess hair from my eye browse by refusing to use wax like I did the first time with a much nicer lady who was not present this time. She started to shout at me and I refused to proceed with the mani/pedi for fear of being butchered by her brutal and unorthodox ways. The colourist didn't charge me for her bad job which was only fair. Other than that the salon is quite ok and very well located in the heart of Gueliz.

Nice experience getting a good scrub down followed by a massage. It wasn’t a strong massage, more relaxing. I’d go again!
