Terrible and disappointing experience. There was at least twenty people in the basket and we were the first to take off and the first to land. We went into trees twice and I assume because of the weight didn’t get too high. Also, this trip was sold as flying over the pyramids and this wasn’t the case. When I complained afterwards I was told it was a 50/50 chance it wouldn’t happen. Then why wasn’t this mentioned on the website. Very very disappointed for the money it cost. I am airline crew and brought my friend on the trip who was equally disappointed. I shall be sharing my thoughts with all my colleagues on line to save them parting with their money to.

Experience of a lifetime thanks to the superb service of Volare. Booked this trip easily from overseas, transport to and from our hotel was great and an awesome balloon ride followed by a picture perfect breakfast in their garden oasis. If you do one touristy thing in Mexico City, do this.
