  • They recently raised their prices and hit tourists the most. Make sure to ask about the senior discount since it is not advertised very well. While the mummies are interesting to see, the presentation could be easily improved. The text size on the few descriptive signs is very small and some can't be read through the glass enclosures. Also, there are quite a few historic photographs on the walls but they can't be seen since they are not lit. Finally, it appears they know the background of the folks on display, but only describe a few. The ones they do describe are interesting stories and the museum would be greatly improved if they would include more.
  • Very interesting place!! My kids enjoyed the tour. Must go place. Please make sure you park in the main parking lot. There are guys standing outside the museum telling you to park in the lot next to the museum but DO NOT park there. The correct parking lot has a lifting arm and a box where you will be given a parking pass.
