  • Before I start explaining my experience I want to thank the team (Marcos, Margo and Jodi) for their energy, kindness, excellent logistics throughout the tour. In mid-October of this year we were doing this tour, in general we loved it especially by the team of guides who touched us, of course you can always improve some things. But as described on the website it is! We started the day early we picked up a bus q take us to Xel-hal and from there we moved to the luxury bus, while you wait that the second bus take route you can use the bathroom in the park and offer you free coffee which is located in the store (Apparently not t odos pay attention to this because many people asked us dende we had obtained the coffee) We started the tour by bus, we were introduced to the team that was going to accompany us Marcos, Margo and Jodi (which was excellent all the time) They gave us breakfast which is described on the web page as: baguette, fruit, pancake, natural juice and dessert. The entry was quite quick even though there were many people, Marcos stayed with the group in Spanish and Margo with the group in English to be able to make the explanation easier and interactive. Mark explained to us a lot about the place, showed us images of how they believed that each of the parties was in their moment of glory, answered absolutely all the questions and additional used us as an example to get to the group. We traveled both north and south of the terrain. He paused in half to offer those who went with children or who did not want to walk anymore stay to enjoy their free time from before and those we wanted followed to the other side of the terrain, which most did. He explained that ...
