  • The Ossuarium is a genus of tomb, located halfway from the pyramid of Kukulkan to the observatory. At first glance, regardless of the size difference, very much resembles the aforementioned pyramid. Stairway construction, four stairways, the motif of feathery snakes... However, the function is completely different. Already at the end of the 19th century, the entrance to the cascading tomatlands was found on top of the ossuary. Ultimately, it leads to the building of a cave where many skeletons and burial facilities were found. The smaller siblade of the pyramid is closer to the Egyptian-tomcat cousin. Both with them and with the Kukulkana pyramid, however, it combines the fact that it is evidence of the artistry of ancient astronomers.: May 23 and July 19 when the sun reaches the zenith, and the objects do not cast a shade of rays perfectly illuminate the entrance to the underworld. They probably show the way to Xibalby or the world in Mayan mythology. Who knows how the ordinances took place here, and what fears were born...

  • The Pyramid of Osario, or, as it is also called, the Temple of the High Priest and another - the Tomb of the High Priest, looks like a small copy of El Castillo. down to the same four staircases with the heads of snakes at the base. The height of the pyramid, however, is three times smaller. Seven tombstones prepared for local nobility, kings or high priests were found on the upper platform. A vertical mine leading to a natural karst cave passes through the center of the pyramid, where archaeologists have discovered several burials. Judging by the valuable artifacts available there, the buried people were not simple ... It is said that the karst cave under the pyramid is actively expanding and this attraction with many names is in the risk of destruction ((Hurry to pay your respects to it, while it is worth and is possible to take a picture against its background))
