Admire the striking design and peaceful atmosphere of Capilla de la Paz (Chapel of Peace), a religious building occupying a scenic hillside position. Overlooking the city and framed by tall palms, the modern chapel takes a bold, pyramidal form, flanked on one side by a 39.6 m (130 ft) white cross and a sculpture of two hands intertwined, signifying brotherhood. The well-kept gardens in front of the nondenominational chapel's entrance offer a shady, comfortable place to take in the extensive views of the city and bay below. • This Chapel have a wondefull background story, about the founder of the most famous hotel in Acapulco Diamante, "Las brisas" and his rests are here. The view and the place is beautiful.
  • This chapel is breathtakingly beautiful. There isn't anything too complex about the architecture. It's simple yet stunning. The English translation is "Chapel of Peace" and it truly gives you a sense on peace as you sit inside the chapel. There isn't a particular religion associated with the chapel, everyone is welcome. The scenery around the church is beautiful, the palm trees, the view of the Bay and the property is well maintained as well. There is no entrance fee to visit, however you can give a donation to one of the staff working at the facility. I would definitely recommend a visit to this Chapel on your trip to Acapulco, Mexico.
