Visit Aquaria, an aquarium located under the thriving city center. Opened in 2005, this state of the art attraction occupies two levels and features a 90 m (300 ft) underwater tunnel where you're surrounded on all sides by a rich diversity of aquatic life. Themed to represent a journey from land to the darkest depths of the ocean, this largely interactive and educational facility is home to 250 different species from both surf and turf, native to the country and from farther afield. See colorful creatures in themed exhibits including a coral walk, electric zone, living fossils, and oceaniarium--and keep your eye out for sharks. You can plan Kuala Lumpur trip in no time by asking Inspirock to help create your itinerary.

Very informative for both kids and adults. Very clean. There's no crowd now probably due to cmco which is good. Staff are attentive and friendly and they do follow SOP. My kids enjoyed themselves. more »

Easily found in the convention centre, this is a great aquarium. We notice groups going off onto tanks. That seemed like fun and safe, but we didn’t quite have time to do that. more »

One of the most extensive aquarium experiences in the world, Aquaria KLCC is a water world in itself. Extensive and sprawling, this aquarium has many different exhibits housing all kinds of sea creatures. The most precious exhibit is of course the Shark tank! Surreal experience to be walking right under swimming sharks amid other creatures like turtles, mantle rays and enormous eels to name a few. Also, save sometime for the rather cute and informative exhibit on Sea horses, it's quite a different and refreshing experience. Note: budget for at least 2-3 hours and at most 4-5 hours to cover this aquarium properly. The entry is a tad high but the experience is completely worth the money. Enjoy the Malaysian experience! 😍

Very unique experience for kids. Adults will also enjoy it. Open everyday from 10 am to 8 pm Monday to Sunday. Ticket price is reasonable and fixed during weekdays and weekends, school holidays or public holidays. Transportation is very easy. Would recommend to have a visit to this amazing place.
