  • Having driven along Mikasa Street in Barrow in Furness, the Cumbrian town where the Mikasa was built, I felt I had to visit the ship while in Tokyo. Sadly she's now landlocked but there's still lots....  more »

  • Great park. A great museum to visit at least once (the ship is relatively inexpensive for entry and has some great photo opportunities), and the rest of the park is free. Often has festivals and music entertainment.
