  • One of our favorite places in Wakasa. It is a 1,200 year old Buddhist temple -- one of the few ancient cave temples in all of Japan! Very serene setting above the river. Starting in 2016 you can sign....  more »
  • It is a temple of the same structure as the three Tokuyama input hall. This is in the village. It is located on the side of the river at the foot of the mountain, so it is easy to visit. There is also the possibility that you may be able to participate in the prayer, please ask to the temple in the Gunhouse Naritasan. Because there are a limited number of people, I think that it becomes a valuable experience although it often becomes a visit after several years.
