  • Recall nice experience and a great chance to learn more about Japan and Asia in general. The different buildings offer different exhibitions and there are many items that should offer something for everyone. The buildings are air conditioned which makes for a great escape from the summer heat. Nice cafe to stop and grab a snack or ice cream. Highly recommended. Lovely walk through the park as well.
  • It was a rainy day which was a perfect time for my visit to the museum. So much to see and lots to photograph, a few pieces were off limits to photo, but being important cultural pieces I understand why. I spent a good half day here and didn't feel bored at all, it was a wonderful trip through Japan's very interesting history. The fact it goes all the way back to Prehistoric times was fantastic.
