  • It is the first soy sauce museum in Japan as a museum that exhibits materials from the Ryuno Soy Sauce Cooperative. The building has been renovated from the old head office building and the old warehouse and has been designated as a tangible cultural property. In accordance with the old manufacturing method, well water, raw materials, fried wheat, a room, a warehouse, a squeezing place, and a book place are exhibited in a series of actual products. It was a wonderful exhibition which was not inferior to the present product because it was reproduced elaborately by the bamboo work of this manufacturing process in the library space immediately after entering. The facility has a gallery and is a permanent exhibition of works by Japanese painter Maki Yamashita. There is also a shop for higashimal soy sauce, so you can buy items. There is a parking lot and the entrance fee is 10 yen. Please come and visit us.

  • Unlike a manufacturing plant, the history of the hijimamaru soy sauce is on display. Miniatures or old furniture? There was a good response to the exhibition. Admission is free at the Autumn Festival. The admission fee is usually 10 yen. It is about. At the shop, there are sweet sake that is not sold in the spar, and it is good for a souvenir.

  • It was built in 1932 as the head office of the former first soy sauce, and was subsequently used as the head office of Ryuuno soy sauce (currently higasa soy sauce) and became the world's first soy sauce museum in 1979. The buildings in the main building are designated as "Townscape formation important buildings" in Hyogo Prefecture along with the annex.
