The streets along the highways such as Tokaido and Nakasendo and temples and shrines are depicted in detail. In addition, it is a fairly impressive exhibition, such as a folding screen based on the Tale of Genji, luxurious armor handed down to the castle, and barrels and furnishings. From the ancient ones excavated from the ancient tombs and kiln ruins near Ulsan to those of the early modern era, the exhibits and the building itself were more than I had imagined. When sightseeing in Ulsan, it is a place that I would like to recommend in conjunction with the Noh Museum! You can feel the breath of the gorgeous Sasayama culture.
A historic memorial, the curators and staff are very friendly and warm. As the museum was once the Court of the City of Lushan, visitors can experience the Japanese court proceedings in the Court Hearing Hall, which is still in place in the museum, and it is interesting to be a judge and to act as a court of law and to prosecute. The museum can also make chopsticks seat kneading experience, the curator will send it for you after burning (only local Japanese mail).
