Piercing the skyline at 634 m (2,080 ft), Tokyo Skytree hosts a restaurant, a broadcasting tower, and an observation deck. Ride the elevator up, and then take in 360-degree views of Tokyo while climbing the five-story spiral staircase to the highest glass-walled panoramic viewing deck. A gift shop inside the tower sells sleek design items and souvenirs, and within the observation area you will find a cafe and a French-Japanese fusion restaurant. Tokyo Skytree Reviews
Great views even though we only went to the first pod as it was cheaper. About 2000 yen and about 3400 for the top tower. There's a bar and glass floor on the lower tower so we didn't feel like we mis... more »
We visited at night as our tour guide recommended it over daytime so I can only comment on the night experience but it was definitely worth the cost. Great views of Tokyo in all directions, however we... more »
(Cheap, mesmerizing view, WORTH IT) Visiting one of the tallest standing towers in the world in the most developed in the world is amazing. I can’t believe I was able to see this with my own eyes. Surrounding by millions of people in the busiest cities ever. Just looking over this view is amazing. Will recommend coming here as it gets dark (golden hour & night)!
The Tokyo Skytree provides an amazing look at Tokyo from high up. On a clear day you can see the entire city all the way to Mt. Fuji. The cost to get to the 350m height was worth the amazing views. There was a cafe up there to relax and enjoy the sights. The 360 degree view provides a different perspective on all the unique parts of the surrounding area. We didn't pay the extra to go up higher so I can't speak to if that is worth the extra money or not.
