Theme Park · Water / Amusement Park
See the Japanese perspective on rural German life at Country Farm Tokyo German Village, a family amusement and cultural park with a distinctly Germanic look and feel. The park's architecture has a Bavarian look to it, with tall towers and long, thin windows, although the purples, pinks, and blues used throughout are not usually associated with Gothic architecture. Take a stroll through the impressive flower gardens, and stop off for a beer and a bratwurst at one of the eateries decked out with Germanic artifacts, artworks, and clothes. • Great for a family hangout. Has golf, animals, flowers, so much to do here. And lots of good food too. Should visit here definitely if you have a day. Unfortunately you'll need a car to go here as I am not sure if there's a good train connection with Tokyo. I liked the car drive as well. Goes through good mountain and greenery.
  • It's very spacious in the park, and there are various contents on the circle. There are lots of parking lots, but you may not be able to park near the content that you are interested in during times of congestion. There are also toilets and parking lots for disabled people, but because there are also many slopes, there are limited places for wheelchair users to play. It is recommended that you look up the content you are interested in beforehand and visit it. Personally, I could enjoy it fully only in the forest of Jiji. I think it is necessary to have a tent when you stay for a long time in summer.
