    It is not the most famous in the area, just found in a quiet backstreet. It has colour and use of wood. It is worth a look, but not a spectacular site.  more »

    This jinja is near the sea , at the front of small mountain where it recovered ancient buddha statues , let check in the nearby treasury house and I inspired how importsnt of this shrines in Kumano...  more »

    Very nice and well maintained shrine. Also world heritage class. Head priest is very friendly and speaks English.

    a remote jinja in asuka area of shingu city, its location is quite good , by the goot of low rise mountain , with a few distance ftom sea. treasury house is interesting for buddhism sculpture lovers.
