  • When I was a child, i was a park that only came to see the sun during the summer festival season, but as an adult, I was able to enjoy the environment. When I lived there, Hokkaido was full of nature, so it was difficult to understand the value of the park, but when I got used to city life, I felt the goodness again.

  • Early in the morning, we took a walk around Nakajima Park from the hotel in front of Sapporo Station. It takes about 40 minutes to and from the park from the station. You can go around the park in about 15 minutes, so you can take a walk in about an hour. There is a park and a stream of beautiful spring water, such as people who have been doing radio gymnastics since early morning and people who are jogging, too, and it was the best for a fresh morning. There are also hokkaido-like birch trees and splendid wisteria shelves, which i think will be a beautiful spot in the season.

  • Probably looks really nice in spring or summer but I was here during winter. The park was covered in snow and it looks pretty in a different way. The concert hall looks great as well.
  • It is very beautiful and peaceful in winter. It is a snowy scenery haven. There is a giant telescope observatory in Nakajima Park that could see venus but it was closed for the winter. However, the lone staff tending to it turned the area outside the observatory into holiday snow sled station. He was very enthusiastic and pleasant. Definitely a good memory during my stay in Sapporo.
