  • I stopped by because it was just the best time to see the shibazakura. It was divided into a private entrance and a group entrance. The time was limited, and the 6-year-old child and his 60-year-old mother were also accompanied, so i used a sightseeing car to get to the top, but as a result, it was a great answer. It is a little tight when it comes to walking to the top. There are two toilets in total at the entrance and the end of the sightseeing car. Toya was impressed by the unusual toilet called the bio toilet, which had no smell at all. In addition, i think that it is possible to spend it with a child slowly because there are a lot of go-karts, a fishing moat, a day trip hot spring, and facilities.

  • The famous shibazakura spot is located in Higashimokoto alongside Takinokami. The scene dyed pink as far as the eye can see is a masterpiece. Okhotsk in spring is still chilly, but it is a scene to feel warmth. There is also a restaurant where you can enjoy hot dishes.

  • End of season so not as many flowers :( but go-kart is fun!! And at 300yen, affordable. Attached is what it looks like currently (1 June 2018) not many flowers as it is the end of season for pink phlox. Nevertheless, we enjoyed walking around the park in the pleasant cooling weather and eating the snacks bought from the vendors.
  • What a beautiful way to spend a couple of hours. Admission is 500 yen and parking is plentiful and free. There is a bus tour for a fee but I think walking is the best way to see it if you don't mind stairs and mulch trails. There are also go-karts which looked fun. There are many photo spots and lots of helpful staff. There isn't a lot of variety in terms of food stalls but enough to keep you satisfied if you need a snack!
