  • Very new and sparkling clean. Lots of shops of all sorts. Food floor also has a huge diversity of places to eat. Just be prepared for the totally indifferent Osaka attitude.
  • his place was a great view of the city and a bunch of great places to enjoy. The two story observation deck was amazing. The top floor had a 360 degree view of the city while the bottom floor of the observation deck help a cafe, shabu shabu, and an amazing garden to lose yourself in.
