  • On my golden week trip to Tohoku, I went to Take Onsen from Nihommatsu in Fukushima to the mountain side. A mirror goes out to the pond straight down the cherry blossom road from the shrine of Take Onsen. On the banks of the pond is the famous Xiaoping Hotel. It is a very beautiful scenery and a very good place. Unfortunately, i couldn't stay there because of the time, but it is one of the inns i would like to stay and see someday.

  • A 30-minute bus ride from Nihommatsu Station will take you to this hot spring town in the mountains. There is no bustle, but you can enjoy plenty of hot water.
