  • A bit of a one-trick-pony this one. Great when the peonies are in full bloom, otherwise somewhat lacking. Nice atmosphere and not crowded were the plus points. Other than that, a pleasant enough visit...  more »

  • The castellan of the Shingon sect, which was appointed by Emperor Saga, was a resident of the Hirohito. Because there is a connection with Mr. Hirolaw, it is called, "Mr. Hirolaw of Imazato" and is familiar. This temple is the birthplace of the encounter of the history of Hiroshiji Kukai and Denkyo Daishi. From the end of April to the end of May, approximately 2,000 peony of flowers bloom. ◇ Quote from Nagaokakyo Guide & MAP!!

  • The precincts known for the spring Peony are also quiet in autumn. The memorial Tower of Hayara Prince imprisoned in the temple to the elder brother Kanmu Emperor is standing. The emperor's aide was suspected of being killed and pleaded innocent to a hunger strike. It dies on the road of the flow to Awaji Island. Since then, I feared that my younger brother's unhappiness and natural disasters continued, and in 10 years, from Nagaokakyo to Heian-Kyo, he tried to quell the exorcism and the death of Emperor Takashi. There are many historical sites in Nara, but Kyoto has a Somichi shrine in the east of Miyake Hachiman. But, it looks like "Takashi" and ": Dai" of the title I presented. There would have been a different kanji.
