Dip into one of the oldest hot springs in Japan at Dogo Onsengai. The proud, 1000-year history of the onsen attracts visitors from far and wide to bathe in its steamy waters, which causes the springs to get very crowded during peak times. You’ll be provided with soap and shampoo during your stay, along with bathrooms equipped with modern plumbing fixtures. You can also take a tour of the current building, which is over 100 years old. Take the guesswork out of planning a Matsuyama vacation by using our trip itinerary maker.
