    this is a great way to kill some time in matsushima but it's not a must see... the best part is probably the beautiful, long red bridge. there are some nice photogenic spots located around the island....  more »

    It was a pleasant morning walk even though the the temp was about 1C! We thoroughly enjoyed the scenic nature. It helps that we are in our comfortable boots as some paths are abit hilly and rocky...  more »
