    If you’re into murdered sea creatures this is for you. It stinks, however, it is displayed as only the Japanese can. Clean and friendly vibe.  more »

    There are not too many stores there and the seafood does not look fresh at all. Not worth the visit. Met a nice lady who own a store and she helped us call a taxi.  more »

    There are two large fish markets in the city. Toretore Center is accommodating tourists visiting in the city located in the north-west part of the city neat the sea. Toretore ( Freshly caught ) Center is combined with a road station of Maizuru so you can have all other kind of shopping done in here. Kanewa is more like serving to the locals by offering at the wholesale prices. This one is located in the south part of West Maizuru along Route 74. You are likely to get a great deal in this place.
