Great customer service, the employees really know what they’re doing. My boots were putting to much pressure on the top of feet causing numbness and tingling. The guy cut the inserts to fit my boots better, put some padding under my right arch and undone some lower inside laces, he also gave me some good tips on how to tighten them correctly. It made my riding so much more pleasurable. Thanks !!

Went to their new location at the right at the lift base of Niseko village to get my boot adjusted. Great service at reasonable price and the work was done with good patience (follow up adjustment included). Robert was very nice and knowledgeable. And my boots feel much better now. They seem to have some good demo skis too.
