We stopped at The Cloth fall in Shin-Kobe as the goal point of the route down to Mt. Maya, Mt. Rokko, and Arima. The precincts are connected to the shortcut of the downhill route from Mt. Rokko (it is impossible to lift without climbing wear). If you go out of the main gate and go to the left, you will reach Arima Onsen. Carbonated water, silver hot water, it is close.See original -

I climbed a considerably steep stairs and finally reached the precincts. It is located on the side of Mt. Eiba, which is about 600 meters above sea level, so you can see Arima Onsen Town.See original

Really beautiful and quiet shrine. Although be warned that there's more than 200+ steps before you get to it. There are some small chairs on the way up which you can use to rest though.
