Ushijima no Fuji(Toka-en), Kasukabe

A good alternative to the crowded あしかが flower park. It is a 10minute bus ride from the station, not so hard to find for a foreigner like me. Just follow google maps and you’re all set with the correct bus number. Local souvenirs are available, some hand crafted stuff made by the neighbouring houses. For the price of ¥1000, you get to have: 1) your “own” wisteria tree almost all for yourself for a good souvenir shot 2) a space to breathe and admire Nature

Funny, not many foreign tourists in this place. Beautiful wisteria, ancient. Relaxing and peaceful place. My wife fell in love with these flowers...
