  • It is built in the form adjacent to the Self-Defense Force Kanoya Base. The main point here is the two-type large-scale flying boat (commonly known as the two-type large boat) that has only one aircraft left in the world after all. It is exhibited outdoors, but i am overwhelmed by its enormity. The pity is that when this aircraft came to Japan, it was certainly flyable. When you come to Japan, you will not be able to fly all the aircraft during the flyable war.

  • When you arrive at the museum, you can see a lot of aircraft on display in the lawn park. I was moved to think of the time when I was active in protecting the people. On the second floor of the building, there are materials about the restored Zero fighter and the special attack squadron. I have visited several special attack museums, but it always hurts my heart. I can't imagine what kind of feelings I would have felt if I had been nominated as a special attack squad member. I pray for the souls of the members. The first floor is an exhibition of materials related to the Maritime Self-Defense Force. You can enter the cockpit and the tip of the anti-submarine patrol aircraft. To go to the tip, you had to crouch down and proceed, it was a hard time. There was also an exhibition of uniforms. Admission is free of charge.

  • It’s a moving place that portrays the tragic narrative of the divine wind known as the kamikaze. This was the main base for these brave young doomed aviators in many battles such as the 82 day battle for Okinawa. There is a MIT Zero fighter there which was recovered from the Osumi bay and restored, and an actual living zero pilot only one two left, a courteous friendly guide well that was 10 years ago an honour to meet such a man, every time I go to this base I pay homage to this museum.
