  • In the old days, Achi Village seems to have been an important place for Takeda Shingen as a place connecting Mikawa, Mino, Suruga and Kai. It is located near the Achi village office, and in the temple, there is a memorial tower buried with cremated ash of Shingen who died of illness on the way back from Mikawa to Kai. Although it is a small temple, there are many places to see, so I strongly recommend that you visit the interior of the main hall for a fee. The four seasons of maki-e are also wonderful.

  • I've been looking at the big signboardalong National Route 153, but I didn't even know where it was. This is my first visit with my parents. Not only Shingen-ko, but also people who are interested in haiku may enjoy it.
