  • The walk betwen the walls of this house is like a walk in a art gallerie. The colors of the painting, the furniture, the garden, all make from this house a brilliant place. And you could find a nice c...  more »
  • The apparent simplicity of the villa does not deceive (perhaps compared to the neighboring "Rotonda", whose majesty immediately jumps to the eye): the secret is inside, in the wonderful cycles of frescoes of tiepolo, father and son. It is very interesting to move from the villa, essentially the work of the father, with the classic and epic themes, to the guesthouse, frescoed above all by his son, in which everyday life makes its entrance into the paintings. Both rooms are very interesting and carefully maintained, so much so that it takes a good afternoon to enjoy them to the full. All placed in a quiet and well-groomed garden and equipped with a beautiful view of the nearby "Valletta of Silence". It absolutely deserves the visit.

  • After visiting this villa, my honest opinion is the villa is well maintained but there is nothing extra ordinary.. Just few paintings that doesn't make sense and the price for entering doesn't justify at all... Not worthy to visit
  • Villa Valmarana ai Nani is lesser known than ita close neighbor, the Villa Rotonda. However, the villa is very beautiful, with very picturesque gardens. What I found to be more impressive, in terms of interior spaces, is the secondary house for guests with the inter-connected rooms and the views towards the valley. The staff is super nice and friendly, and the place also has a bar/terraces with snacks and drink, a very important aspect considering the fact that the place ia quite remote.
