Frequento lezioni di pilates da poco più di un mese, ho problemi posturali e inizio ad avere i primi benefici. Le lezioni sono ben organizzate, gli insegnanti sono tutti molto qualificati e, insieme all'osteopata, hanno voluto vedere la mia lastra per impostare il lavoro. La palestra è pulita e ordinata, le ragazze della reception sono gentili e disponibili!

I attend Pilates classes for just over a month, I have postural problems and I start to have the first benefits. The lessons are well organized, the teachers are all very qualified and, together with the osteopath, they wanted to see my slab to set the work. The gym is clean and tidy, the girls at the front desk are friendly and helpful!
