  • 6 floors of absolute astonishment! In a modern structure, we go from high peaks, alpine nature, geology, to the first humans in the Alps, to iterable science, to the history of life, animals with real furs, we arrive in the greenhouse that proposes the habitat that can be found in Tanzania. Staff very kind and ready to give explanations about how much in vision, beautiful and fun the part with games for the 5 senses. A marvel! Underground parking at 2 euros per hour, full entrance at 11 euros.

  • Not only wine and chestnuts: Trento is also a city of culture! The Tridentino Museum of Natural Sciences organizes workshops for young and old, international exhibitions, exchanges with other museum companies around the world... Palazzo delle Albere is a museum with easy access for the handicapped. It hosts large exhibitions. I will never forget the one, in the now distant 2000, dedicated to Segantini! The very recent one, entitled "The Caterpillar and the Butterfly" and dedicated to Japan, is beautiful. Fun fact: at the buffet post press preview I did not eat tempura and sushi but... a plate of spatzle ((spinach dumplings totled with malga butter and trentino grit!!! MARINELLA CHIORINO

  • What a neat place! Went on my own during a stormy afternoon and there wasn't a better place to be for a few hours. All of the levels are filled with fascinating information and displays, in Italian, English and German. Looks like you can ask for a tablet when you buy a ticket which will give you video-information throughout the museum.
  • Such an awesome museum. We went on the first Sunday of the month which was a free day and it wasn't as nearly as crowded as I expected...there were a lot of people there but not enough to make it not enjoyable. My kids (8&3) loved it and so did my husband and I. There is really something for everyone. One of the workers there was very nice and played a game with my kids and was so patient and kind. Highly recommended and we would go back frequently if we lived in the area!
